Payments for advertisement campaigns, branding, or promotional services are non-refundable once the service begins.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with campaign outcomes or delays.
5. Selling Artist Property, Products, and Portfolios
Payments for artist property, products, or portfolio creation are non-refundable unless:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item, with supporting evidence (photos or videos).
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed only after the item is returned in its original condition.
6. Portfolio Making Charges
Fees for portfolio creation or other artist-related services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with creative output.
7. Audio Rooms and Live Reality Shows
Payments for participation in audio rooms or live reality shows are non-refundable unless canceled by Glamorous Media.
8. Refund Request Process

Refund requests must include:
Proof of payment (transaction ID or receipt).
Reason for the refund request with relevant supporting documents.
9. Processing Refunds
